From pancakes to clementines, keeping our energy high this winter.
Yesterday was pancake day. Thoughts of comfort food was just what many of us needed! Today I am inspired by a simpler winter pleasure, a sweet little clementine. Since living in France these have become a standard part of our winter kitchen scenery. A bowl of clementines on the table looking happy. The smell of ripped open peels making the whole place smell happy. I’m sorry this is not a scratch-n-sniff image, it smells amazing! Winter starts to drag around now, so remember to take care of your self. So find a clementine and enjoy!
